About the Role

As a Chief Operating Officer (COO), Chief Investment Officer (CIO), Chief Business Officer (CBO), or VP Business Development you will help transform advanced research into scalable products, strategic partnerships, and long-term enterprise value. This is an opportunity to help build the company’s institutional framework.

You will help establish AILIFEPAY’s approach to AI economics by developing quantitative frameworks to support strategic decision-making across investors, corporations, and emerging technology ecosystems.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze the economics of AI and Physical AI systems
• Develop economic models for AI infrastructure investments
• Evaluate cost, efficiency, scalability, and return on investment
• Support commercialization strategies for OSInfinity™ technologies
• Evaluate technology investments through financial and operational metrics

Qualifications

• Knowledge of fundraising, venture capital, and private equity
• Experience with financial controls, governance, and compliance
• Understanding of AI, Physical AI, fintech, or technology businesses
• Ability to operate effectively with founders and executive leadership
• Entrepreneurial mindset with strong financial and business judgment
• Strong experience in corporate finance, investment management, or controllership

Essentials for Success

• Bachelor's degree required; PhD, JD, MBA, CFA, CPA, CFP, MS, or related advanced degree
• Experience with startups, technology companies, fintech, or AI
• Experience working with institutional investors and family offices
• Experience developing executive financial dashboards and KPIs
• Experience establishing finance functions in high-growth organizations
• Familiarity with AI economics, technology commercialization, and emerging markets
• Equity compensation will be determined based on experience and whether the role is full-time or part-time
