As the firm continues to grow, they are seeking a strategic and analytical Client Finance Manager to partner with firm leadership and client-facing teams to drive profitability, pricing strategy, and financial performance across key client engagements.


The Client Finance Manager will play a critical role in overseeing pricing, financial analysis, budgeting, and client profitability initiatives. This individual will serve as a trusted advisor to partners and senior leadership, helping to develop creative pricing solutions, evaluate financial performance, and support strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator who can translate complex financial data into actionable business insights while thriving in a fast-paced, high-performing environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement pricing strategies for client engagements and alternative fee arrangements.
  • Lead financial modeling, profitability analysis, and pricing evaluations to support business growth and client retention.
  • Analyze client financial performance and identify trends, risks, and opportunities to enhance profitability.
  • Prepare and present financial recommendations and pricing proposals to senior stakeholders.
  • Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities related to practice groups and client portfolios.
  • Utilize data analytics to provide meaningful insights and tell a compelling financial story that drives business decisions.
  • Collaborate with client-facing teams to develop customized pricing solutions that align with client needs and firm objectives.
  • Oversee and mentor finance team members, providing coaching, development, and performance management.
  • Drive process improvements and implement best practices related to pricing, financial reporting, and operational efficiency.
  • Support ad hoc strategic initiatives and executive-level financial analysis as needed.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field required.
  • Minimum of 7 years of accounting, financial analysis, or pricing experience.
  • People management experience with direct supervisory responsibility.
  • Strong financial modeling, forecasting, and profitability analysis skills.
  • Experience presenting financial recommendations to senior leadership and key stakeholders.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities with a demonstrated ability to think creatively and strategically.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt quickly in a dynamic, deadline-driven environment.
