Clinical Manager - NP/PA

🚨 Now Hiring: Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant – Clinical Manager

📍 Staten Island, NY | 💼 Full-Time |

Are you an experienced NP or PA with strong clinical leadership and clinical research experience? We’re looking for a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join a leading clinical research organization and take on a hybrid clinical + site management role.

In this position, you will:

🔹 Provide clinical care and assessments to research participants

🔹 Perform physical exams, monitor patients, and administer treatments

🔹 Support the execution of clinical trial protocols

🔹 Lead and mentor clinical research staff

🔹 Oversee scheduling, training, performance, and day-to-day site operations

🔹 Support clinical trial quality, compliance, and regulatory requirements

🔹 Help improve site efficiency, productivity, and operational performance

What we're looking for:

✅ NP with MSN/DNP, active RN license & board certification OR PA with accredited PA program, NY license & board certification

✅ 5+ years of leadership/clinical management experience

✅ Experience managing clinical staff and site operations

✅ Clinical research experience, ideally in CNS / neurology / psychiatry studies

✅ Knowledge of GCP, ICH, HIPAA, and clinical trial protocols

✅ Experience with budgeting, business planning, or operational management

✅ Strong communication, organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills
