Clinical Project Manager (Fractional role 10-15 hrs a week) - San Diego, CA - $60-$64/hr

Who you are:
- Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or a related field.
- 6+ years of clinical project management experience within biotech or pharmaceutical organizations.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience developing and managing integrated project plans, Gantt charts, milestones, dependencies, risks, and deliverables.
- Strong understanding of clinical trial operations, cross-functional team coordination, and clinical development processes.
- Proficiency with project management tools such as Smartsheet and/or Microsoft Project.
- Partner with clinical leadership to coordinate project management activities across multiple Phase 1 and Phase 2 studies.
- Develop and maintain integrated project plans, timelines, risk registers, action trackers, and project dashboards.
- Track milestones, risks, dependencies, and cross-functional deliverables to support successful study execution.
- Prepare executive presentations, status reports, governance materials, and operational metrics for leadership reviews.
- Drive cross-functional alignment and provide project visibility to support informed decision-making.
- Flexible fractional engagement of approximately 10-15 hours per week.
