Compensation: $32.00–$42.00 per hour

Position Overview

Wheeler Staffing Partners is seeking a Clinical Support Specialist (LVN) for a direct hire opportunity in Culver City, CA. This is a 100% onsite, back-office Home Health position supporting clinical operations through documentation review, compliance, workflow coordination, and technology support. This role does not provide direct patient care or field visits.

The ideal candidate has recent Home Health experience, prior office-based clinical experience, and is highly proficient with healthcare technology, including Homecare Homebase (HCHB), Epic, and Qlik Cloud.

Key Responsibilities

• Support Home Health clinicians with documentation, workflows, and clinical operations.
• Review documentation for accuracy, completeness, and Medicare compliance.
• Assist with quality assurance and regulatory readiness initiatives.
• Utilize Homecare Homebase (HCHB), Epic, and Qlik Cloud to support clinical workflows and reporting.
• Maintain accurate EMR documentation while ensuring HIPAA compliance.
• Identify workflow improvement opportunities and collaborate with clinical and operational teams.
• Communicate effectively with clinicians, physicians, and internal departments.

Required Qualifications

• Current, unrestricted California LVN/LPN license (RN considered).
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
• Recent Home Health experience required.
• Previous back-office or clinical office experience required.
• Strong computer proficiency with the ability to quickly learn multiple healthcare systems.
• Knowledge of Medicare Conditions of Participation (CoPs), Home Health regulations, and EMRs.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and current auto insurance.
