CNC Programmer

• Proven experience programming and setting up Horizontal Mills and Vertical/Horizontal Lathes.
• Strong knowledge of Fusion 360 or Mastercam (required).

Responsibilities

• Blueprint Interpretation — Read and interpret technical drawings to create accurate CNC programs.
• CNC Programming — Program and set up Horizontal Mills, Vertical & Horizontal Lathes for precision machining.
• Large Part Machining — Apply expertise in handling large components, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
• CAD/CAM Utilization — Use Fusion 360 or Mastercam to design, program, and optimize machining processes.
• Quality Assurance — Ensure tight tolerances and precision in machining processes.
• Collaboration — Work closely with machinists, engineers, and production teams to optimize efficiency and quality.
• Safety & Organization — Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment.

Requirements

• Proven experience programming and setting up Horizontal Mills and Vertical/Horizontal Lathes.
• Strong knowledge of Fusion 360 or Mastercam (required).
• Prior experience with large part machining is a plus.
• Familiarity with CNC machine controls (Fanuc, Siemens, Mazatrol, etc.).
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and translate them into precise CNC programs.
