Commercial Construction Superintendent
Location: Cherry Hill, NJ
A well-established commercial general contractor in South Jersey is seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to join their growing team. This role will oversee commercial projects from mobilization through completion.
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day field operations
- Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel
- Maintain project schedules and site coordination
- Lead site meetings and work closely with Project Managers
- Ensure quality, safety, and schedule requirements are met
- Review plans and resolve field issues
- Coordinate inspections and project closeout
Qualifications
- 10+ years of commercial construction field experience
- Commercial GC experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of construction means, methods, and sequencing
- Ability to read plans and specifications
- Strong subcontractor and field management skills
- OSHA 30 preferred
