Your Next Big Opportunity:

• Compensation: $110,000–$150,000 DOE

What You'll Manage:

Do you enjoy owning commercial plumbing projects, solving problems, and keeping field teams, customers, and schedules moving in the right direction?

• Manage commercial plumbing Tenant Improvement projects from startup through completion
• Coordinate schedules, manpower, materials, deliveries, and field activities
• Manage change orders, RFIs, submittals, and project documentation
• Track job costs, labor, production, schedules, and overall project performance
• Read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and plumbing plans
• Work closely with General Contractors, owners, vendors, and field crews
• Attend jobsite, coordination, and project meetings
• Identify potential project issues and work with the field and customer to develop solutions
• Ensure projects remain on schedule, within budget, and aligned with quality expectations
• Manage multiple fast-paced TI projects simultaneously
• Support estimating, takeoffs, proposal revisions, and pricing when needed
• Help maintain strong, long-term relationships with General Contractors and customers

What Drives Your Success:

• 3+ years of commercial plumbing Project Management experience
• Strong understanding of commercial plumbing systems and construction workflows
• Hands-on experience managing change orders, RFIs, submittals, and project documentation
• Ability to read and interpret commercial construction drawings and specifications
• Experience coordinating field labor, materials, schedules, and project requirements
• Comfortable managing multiple fast-paced Tenant Improvement projects simultaneously
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, specifically Excel
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work effectively with General Contractors, field teams, vendors, and customers

Preferred Background:

• Commercial plumbing estimating experience
• Tenant Improvement construction experience
• Medical, laboratory, R&D, or food service plumbing projects
• Bluebeam experience
• Procore experience
• Trimble experience
• Experience with other construction estimating or project management software
• Established experience working with commercial General Contractors in Southern California
