Job Requirements
- Strong experience managing workplace accommodations and ADA compliance programs.
- Hands-on experience with the interactive accommodation process, including manager coaching, risk mitigation, and case resolution.
- Knowledge of ADA, PWFA, FMLA, PUMP Act, NY Human Rights Law, NJ employment laws, Title VII religious accommodations, Section 503, and VEVRAA.
- Experience supporting EEO compliance and Affirmative Action reporting initiatives.
- Familiarity with EEOC, OFCCP, EEO-1, and VETS-4212 reporting processes.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills with the ability to work with large data sets.
- Advanced MS Excel skills including VLOOKUPs and Pivot Tables.
- Experience with SAP SuccessFactors and SharePoint.
- Experience supporting talent acquisition compliance and hiring best practices.
- Comfortable partnering with HR, legal teams, managers, and external vendors.
- Bachelor’s degree with 5–10+ years of relevant HR/compliance experience preferred.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in workplace accommodations, ADA compliance, employee relations, or HR compliance.
- Strong working knowledge of ADA, PWFA, FMLA, EEOC regulations, and related employment laws.
- Experience managing high-volume accommodation caseloads.
- Experience with EEO compliance, affirmative action programs, and reporting preferred
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, SAP SuccessFactors, and SharePoint.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and documentation skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Master’s degree in HR, People Analytics, or related field preferred for candidates with less experience.
