Your new role

We are seeking an Affordable Housing Compliance Specialist to support a multi-site portfolio throughout Los Angeles County. This is a roving position that combines compliance administration, resident certifications, and collaboration with onsite property teams.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing affordable housing compliance across multiple communities
• Completing annual and interim income certifications and recertifications
• Preparing files for audits and agency reviews
• Reviewing and maintaining compliance documentation
• Coordinating with housing agencies, referral partners, and onsite teams
• Traveling to properties throughout Los Angeles County as needed
• Supporting occupancy goals and regulatory compliance initiatives

What you'll need to succeed

• 2+ years of affordable housing compliance or affordable property management experience
• Knowledge of affordable housing programs and compliance regulations
• Experience with income certifications and recertifications
• Experience using Yardi or similar property management software
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to travel throughout Los Angeles County
