Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

About the Opportunity

Our client is seeking an experienced Project Manager to take ownership of commercial projects from hand-off through successful completion.

This individual will serve as the central point of accountability for assigned projects, coordinating customers, contractors, vendors, internal teams, schedules, materials, and project requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage multiple commercial projects from hand-off through completion
• Develop and maintain project schedules, milestones, deliverables, and next steps
• Serve as a primary point of contact for customers, contractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders
• Coordinate project requirements across Engineering, Operations, Manufacturing, Logistics, Sales, and other internal teams
• Ensure project specifications, drawings, documentation, materials, and customer requirements are accurate and complete
• Track project deadlines, open issues, dependencies, risks, and overall progress
• Proactively identify potential delays, scope changes, material constraints, and execution challenges
• Coordinate material availability, production timing, shipping requirements, and project logistics
• Manage project changes and communicate impacts to scope, schedule, cost, and expectations
• Facilitate project meetings and ensure action items are documented and completed
• Maintain accurate project records, documentation, and reporting
• Provide regular project updates to leadership, including progress, risks, delays, and recommended solutions
• Identify opportunities to improve project management processes and overall execution

Ideal Candidate

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience
• 4–7 years of project management experience
• Experience within construction, building products, manufacturing, architectural products, or a related industry preferred
• Demonstrated success managing multiple concurrent projects in a deadline-driven environment
• Strong customer-facing and stakeholder management experience
• Experience coordinating across multiple internal and external teams
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Strong attention to detail and follow-through
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Ability to identify risks and resolve issues proactively
• Comfortable driving accountability and influencing stakeholders without direct authority
• Proficiency with project management systems, CRM/ERP platforms, Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and related business technologies
• Results-driven mindset with a strong sense of urgency and ownership
