PixVerse is building a new generation of AI-powered video creation tools that help people and businesses turn ideas into production-ready video, fast.

As PixVerse expands in the US, we're looking for a highly creative, hands-on Content & Creator Growth Manager to help build and fuel our US growth engine.

This is not a traditional social media role. You'll create content, build relationships with creators, test new growth opportunities, and help PixVerse show up effectively across social platforms, creator communities, and industry events. We're looking for someone who understands internet culture, knows what makes content people want to watch, and can turn ideas into execution.

What You'll Do

Build the US Content Engine

Develop and execute PixVerse's US content strategy across social platforms, creating compelling short-form video and repeatable content formats that showcase our products, use cases, and capabilities. Identify trends, cultural moments, and new content opportunities, and continuously test and optimize what drives engagement and growth.

Build & Grow the Creator Network

Identify, recruit, and develop relationships with US creators, influencers, agencies, and creator communities. Lead creator collaborations from outreach and briefing through execution and performance analysis, while building repeatable programs such as creator partnerships, challenges, and ambassador initiatives.

Execute US Events & Activations

Support and help with the execution of PixVerse's US events, including conferences, meetups, creator events, workshops, dinners, and other activations. Manage event logistics and guest coordination while turning events into opportunities for content creation, creator engagement, community building, and longer-term relationships.

What We're Looking For

• 3-6+ years of experience in content, social media, creator/influencer marketing, community, or a related field.
• Proven experience creating social-first or creator-led content and a strong instinct for what makes content interesting and shareable.
• Comfortable creating content yourself, from concept through production and publishing. This is a must-have.
• Experience working directly with creators/influencers and building relationships through proactive outreach.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and execution skills.
• Comfortable operating in a fast-moving startup environment with limited structure.
• Willing to travel and work occasional evenings or weekends for events when needed.
• Strong interest in AI, video, creators, internet culture, and emerging technology.

Strong Plus

• Existing relationships with US creators, influencers, creator managers, agencies, or creator communities.
• Comfortable appearing on camera or directing creators on camera.
• Experience using AI tools to accelerate content creation.
• An existing social media presence.
