We are seeking a skilled Contract & Compliance Manager to strengthen our risk management, safety compliance, and contractual oversight.

Position Overview

The Contract & Compliance Manager oversees all contract administration, business insurance coordination, OSHA compliance activities, and online contractor qualification platforms. This role ensures our organization meets regulatory requirements, maintains strong vendor relationships, and minimizes operational risk.

Key Responsibilities

Contract Management

  • Draft, review, and negotiate customer, vendor, and subcontractor contracts
  • Maintain contract lifecycle documentation and renewal schedules
  • Ensure contractual terms align with regulatory, insurance, and safety requirements
  • Manage online contract and vendor compliance platforms (e.g., ISNetworld, Avetta, Veriforce)

Insurance & Risk Management

  • Coordinate business insurance policies, renewals, and certificates of insurance
  • Work with brokers to ensure proper coverage for operations and contractual obligations
  • Maintain risk documentation and support incident reporting processes

OSHA & Safety Compliance

  • Support OSHA program administration, recordkeeping, and reporting
  • Ensure contractor and vendor compliance with safety and environmental standards
  • Collaborate with EHS staff to maintain training records, audits, and corrective actions
  • Assist in developing and updating safety policies and procedures

Regulatory & Environmental Compliance

  • Maintain compliance documentation for industrial and environmental operations
  • Support regulatory audits and inspections
  • Ensure alignment with federal, state, and local regulations

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with Operations, EHS, Legal, and Procurement teams
  • Provide compliance guidance to project managers and field supervisors
  • Communicate requirements to vendors, clients, and internal staff

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Environmental Science, Safety Management, or related field (preferred)
  • 3–7 years of experience in contracts, compliance, risk management, or EHS
  • Knowledge of OSHA regulations and industrial safety practices
  • Experience with contractor compliance platforms (ISNetworld, Avetta, etc.)
  • Strong understanding of business insurance and risk mitigation
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced industrial environment
