Title: Controller

Location: Hicksville, NY

Potential Compensation: $150,000 to $200,000


Requirements:

  • Lead all financial operations including A/P, A/R, payroll, inventory, billing, collections, and audits.
  • Oversee cost and inventory accounting in a dynamic manufacturing environment.
  • Develop and enforce internal controls, policies, and procedures.
  • Supervise and mentor accounting staff, fostering a culture of accuracy and accountability.
  • Ensure compliance with GAAP, regulatory standards, and corporate policies.
  • Provide timely, actionable financial insights to executive leadership.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
  • 7-10 years of experience in manufacturing accounting, with strong cost accounting expertise.
  • Public accounting experience and manufacturing industry background required
  • Proficiency in accounting systems like SAP/Oracle
  • Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain confidentiality under pressure.
  • Ability to travel domestically monthly
  • Frequent travel to KS
