Transaction Attorney – Scripps Ranch – San Diego
The Watkins Firm, APC is looking for a transaction attorney who knows their way around corporate formations and business deals — and gets things done. Hourly: $156,000 - $312,000 +
What you'll work on:
- LLC/Corporate Formation
- Contract & lease review
- Private placements
- Mergers & acquisitions
- Employment agreements
- Management Service Organizations
What we're looking for:
- 5+ years in corporate law and business transactions
- Strong company formation experience
- Medical business law experience a big plus
- Sharp communicator, self-starter, good with deadlines
The setup:
- Part-time or full-time
- Hourly: $75 – $150, with potential for additional earnings through generous and attainable bonus opportunities.
- Work remotely, or come into our Scripps Ranch office when you want to collaborate — your call
