Robert Half is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Cost Accountant to support product costing, inventory valuation, and manufacturing cost analysis within a vertically integrated mattress manufacturing environment. This role plays a critical part in maintaining BOM accuracy, monitoring production variances, supporting new product costing, and providing visibility into margins, cost drivers, and operational performance.
As the company continues to grow and evolve, this role will help ensure cost data remains aligned with raw material changes, vendor pricing updates, production efficiencies, and new product development initiatives. The ideal candidate enjoys partnering closely with Operations, Supply Chain, Sales, and Finance teams to support profitability, inventory accuracy, and operational decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
:Manufacturing Costing & BOM Suppor
- tMaintain and update standard costs for raw materials, WIP, and finished goods
- .Maintain and update Bill of Material revisions with accurate materials, quantities and yields
- .Lead role in development and integration of labor routings, burden rates to establish fully costed BOM’s within Netsuite in partnership with Operations
- .Assist with cost rollups for new products, product updates, and material change
- sTrack and validate vendor price changes to ensure standard costs are updated on a timely basis
- .Analyze and update landed cost templates related to offshore supply chai
- nSupport pricing analysis and margin visibility for new and existing product

Manufacturing Variance & Cost Analys
