📍 West Coast USA | Remote + Client Travel

💰 $100 per hour

We’re looking for an experienced client-facing workshop facilitator to work with major enterprise organisations, helping them explore the next generation of customer engagement, business messaging and agentic AI.

This is not a technical AI development role.

We need someone who can get in a room with senior enterprise stakeholders, understand their customer journeys, challenge their thinking and facilitate conversations that turn emerging technology into practical customer use cases and clear next steps.

We’d love to hear from you if you have:

🔹 Strong experience facilitating workshops for external enterprise clients

🔹 A background in CX, service design, customer journey mapping, digital transformation or customer engagement strategy

🔹 Experience with WhatsApp, SMS, chatbots, conversational AI or digital messaging channels

🔹 Exposure to AI agents / agentic AI, or the ability to quickly understand emerging technology

🔹 Confidence facilitating senior and mixed stakeholder groups

🔹 Experience across sectors such as retail, ecommerce, financial services or travel

🔹 The ability to turn ambiguity into clear use cases, journeys, decisions and actions

🔹 Experience with tools such as Miro, Teams and Google Workspace

You'll facilitate predominantly in-person enterprise workshops, supported by occasional hybrid and remote delivery, and collaborate with a wider team to turn workshop discussions into customer journeys, conversation concepts and strategic recommendations.

✈️ Travel is an important part of the role, primarily across the West Coast US .All business travel is fully funded.

💻 Between client engagements you'll work remotely, so you'll need your own professional home-working setup.

We're particularly interested in talent across the San Francisco Bay Area, Los Angeles, Seattle, San Diego and Portland, as well as Denver/Boulder and Phoenix/Scottsdale.
