Customer Service Representative

Responsible for managing customer accounts, entering orders, preparing estimates, and communicating with customers regarding order status, changes, quotations, and concerns. Works closely with Sales, Production, Manufacturing, and Shipping to ensure accurate, on-time deliveries.

Key Responsibilities

• Enter customer orders and process purchase orders, credits, and customer data.
• Communicate with customers and Account Managers regarding orders, quotes, changes, and issues.
• Order materials and supplies needed for production.
• Work with production staff and utilize the KIWI system to support on-time deliveries.
• Manage multiple small-to-medium customer accounts with varying levels of complexity.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• 5 years of customer relations experience; manufacturing experience preferred.
• Computer/data-entry experience required.
