Aegis is seeking a Customer Success Specialist to join our client's organization in Aurora, IL. This position is a fully onsite role until ramp up with the flexibility to work ONE day a week remote. The ideal candidate has the following skills and experience:
Must have:
- 3-5+ years of Customer Experience or Customer Success experience
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Comfortable working with technology and modern CRM tools
- HubSpot experience
- Ability to manage customer issues from beginning to end
- Strong follow-through and accountability
- Ability to understand technical products and communicate them in a customer-friendly way
Nice to have:
- Manufacturing Industry Experience
- Experience with technical products or technical support
- Agriculture, irrigation, turf, sensors, agronomy, or related industry experience
- Experience with help desk/ticketing systems
- Experience implementing or improving customer support processes
- AI/automation experience
- Experience supporting a global customer base
- Spanish, Portuguese, or German language skills
