As the Dynamics 365 Systems Administrator, you will be responsible for the day-to-day administration, configuration, support, and continuous improvement of Interparfums’ Microsoft Dynamics 365 environment, including Business Central (ERP), Dynamics 365 Sales (CRM), Power Platform, and Azure integrations. You will partner with business teams and IT managed service providers to ensure reliable system performance, support business needs, and coordinate enhancements, testing, and releases. This role reports to the Senior IT Solutions Manager.


This position is based in office from Mondays-Thursdays, and remote on Fridays.


Key Responsibilities

Dynamics 365 Business Central & Sales

  • Administer, configure, and support Dynamics 365 Business Central, including users, security, workflows, and core ERP functionality across inventory, warehouse management, costing, financials, purchasing, and sales.
  • Administer and configure Dynamics 365 Sales, including security roles, business processes, forms, views, dashboards, pricing, and the lead-to-order lifecycle.
  • Execute routine user and access administration for BC and Sales under established security standards; escalate new roles, permission models, privileged-access changes, or exceptions to the Senior IT Solutions Manager for approval.Manage master and transactional data between Business Central and Dynamics 365 Sales, including data integrity, imports/exports, deduplication, and integration issue resolution.
  • Analyze business requirements, conduct fit-gap assessments, and coordinate system modifications and enhancements with IT service providers.
  • Support assigned ERP/CRM upgrades, implementations, environment refreshes, and production releases.


Power Platform & Azure Integrations

  • Administer and develop solutions using Power Automate, Power Apps, to automate processes, extend system functionality, and support business reporting.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot Azure Logic Apps and related integration services supporting Dynamics 365, EDI, customer portals, and third-party systems.
  • Perform integration monitoring, exception handling, security, connectors, and environment configurations to ensure reliable data flow.
  • Maintain system, integration, and configuration documentation in accordance with change-management standards.


Testing & Quality Assurance

  • Coordinate assigned testing across ERP, CRM, Power Platform, and integration environments, including SIT, regression, and UAT.
  • Develop test plans and scripts for assigned changes and projects, prepare test data and environments, facilitate UAT, and track defects through resolution.
  • Validate end-to-end integrations and support release readiness and production deployment activities.


General

  • Coordinate with IT service providers and collaborate with business and technical teams to deliver solutions on time and within budget.
  • Provide functional and technical guidance to team members and serve as a bridge between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Adhere to IP IT Incident, Problem and Change Management procedures.
  • Perform other duties as required or assigned.


Education/Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience administering or implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, with strong knowledge of ERP functionality and business processes.
  • Dynamics 365 Business Central, Power Platform, or Azure certification is a plus.


Required Skills

  • Hands-on experience administering and configuring Dynamics 365 Sales (CRM).
  • Experience with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Automate, Power Apps, and Power BI.
  • Experience supporting Azure Logic Apps and integrations across ERP, CRM, EDI, and third-party systems.
  • Experience coordinating structured testing, including SIT, regression, and UAT, within ERP or CRM environments.
  • Experience coordinating IT service providers and collaborating with both technical and business stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with technical teams, business users, and executive leadership.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • The salary range for this position is $125,000 – $145,000 annually, commensurable with skills, experience, and qualifications
