Role: Device Setup Specialist
Location: Los Angeles, CA / San Diego, CA / Cupertino, CA
Job Summary:
Responsible for preparing, configuring, testing, and tracking device fleets for study deployment. Perform iOS/watchOS device setup and pairing, application configuration, functional validation, pre-deployment QC, inventory tracking, basic troubleshooting, and handoff to field operations.
Required Skills:
- iOS/watchOS device setup and pairing
- App configuration and functional testing
- Device inventory and lifecycle tracking
- QC checklist execution and basic log capture
- Troubleshooting and SOP adherence
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work onsite
