Director - Aftermarket

Weiler Labeling Systems, a ProMach company, is seeking a Director of Aftermarket to lead our Field Service and Aftermarket Sales teams. This role is responsible for driving customer satisfaction, growing aftermarket revenue, developing service strategies, and ensuring customers maximize the performance of their equipment throughout its lifecycle.

What You'll Do

• Lead Field Service and Aftermarket Sales teams
• Drive service, parts, and upgrade revenue growth
• Develop customer support and service strategies
• Manage resource planning, training, and team development
• Partner with Sales and Operations on customer solutions
• Strengthen customer relationships and long-term account engagement
• Oversee service performance, reporting, and operational excellence

What We're Looking For

• 10+ years of experience in manufacturing, automation, packaging machinery, or similar industries
• 3+ years of leadership experience managing service, aftermarket, or customer support organizations
• Strong commercial mindset with experience growing aftermarket revenue
• Ability to drive change, build teams, and create a customer-first culture
• Bachelor's degree preferred

💰 Base Salary: $125,000 - $150,000
