DIRECTOR OF CATERING SALES
Luxury Boutique Hotel – Long Island / Hamptons area
Seeking an experienced Director of Catering Sales for a luxury boutique hotel in the Long Island/Hamptons area with a significant food and beverage operation and a strong events business.
This is a special property, and we are seeking a high-touch, hands-on leader who will take ownership of the client experience and see events through from the initial inquiry and sale to execution and completion. The ideal candidate will be equally comfortable building relationships, generating business, closing the sale, and partnering closely with the hotel's operational teams to ensure a seamless experience.
Candidates must have a minimum of two years of experience at the Director of Catering Sales or similar level and a proven track record of converting business and closing sales. A strong understanding of the local Long Island/Hamptons market, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build lasting relationships with clients and internal teams are essential.
Experience within a Forbes-rated, Relais & Châteaux, or Michelin-recognized property is highly desirable.
