We offer a competitive compensation package including up to $200,000 base (DOE), a $30,000 sign-on bonus, and up to $15,000 in relocation assistance. Coming from a GP setting? Hospital Capabilities Include:
- In-house laboratory
- Digital radiography
- Advanced ultrasound & echocardiography (portable & stationary)
- Endoscopy & laparoscopy
- Laser therapy
- Backup oxygen and power generators
- Support from an on-staff, residency-trained Veterinary Dentist
Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Emergency Veterinarian (DVM) to join our Overnight Emergency team. This role is ideal for veterinarians who thrive in emergency medicine and enjoy a collaborative, well-supported environment.
Schedule:
- Overnight emergency shifts

Compensation & Benefits:
- Up to $200,000 base (DOE)
- $30,000 sign-on bonus
- Generous production percentage (21% - 25% DOE)

Qualifications:
- DVM or equivalent degree
- Licensed (or eligible) to practice in Texas
- Emergency or urgent care experience preferred
- Strong diagnostic, surgical, and critical care skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
