Supporting Your Well-Being:
- Compensation: $55k - $65k annual salary, depending on your experience
- Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package including (Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance)

Traits for Success:
- Someone with 1+ years of experience in benefits or admin who is ready to grow!!
- Active Life & Health License or someone motivated to get licensed
- Outlook, MS Office, and systems like AMS 360
- An expert communicator who prides themselves on accuracy and detail
- A bilingual teammate (Spanish/English) to help us serve our diverse community
Role Snapshot:
- Assist the Account Manager with essential document preparation.
- Lead benefits administration, such as processing new hires and coordinating open enrollment.
- Keep the office running smoothly by managing mail, filing, and recordkeeping.
- Collaborate with the team to enhance our processes and communication channels.
