Full job description

A well-capitalized, venture-backed AI company at the forefront of restaurant technology is hiring an Enterprise Account Executive to drive new-logo growth among the largest multi-unit restaurant brands in the country. This is a confidential search conducted on behalf of our client.

The Opportunity

Our client has built one of the most widely deployed AI voice platforms in the QSR industry, already live across hundreds of restaurant locations nationwide and scaling fast — the company has tripled its footprint in the past year and is targeting another 4x over the next 12 months. Backed by top-tier investors and operating with a lean, high-performance team, this is a rare chance to own enterprise logo acquisition at a company still early enough that one signed brand meaningfully moves the needle.

What You'll Do

  • Own the full enterprise sales cycle (12–18 months) for landing new multi-unit restaurant brands (500+ locations)
  • Build and manage a strategic partnership network across POS providers, hardware vendors, and adjacent AI companies to drive inbound and expansion opportunities
  • Navigate complex, multi-stakeholder deals involving CTOs, CIOs, VPs of Technology, and senior Operations leadership
  • Run structured enterprise pilots (avg. 6 months) that convert into fleet-wide, multi-year commitments
  • Represent the company at industry conferences and build an active, credible presence in the restaurant tech community

Compensation and Benefits

  • $150k base to make $300k OTE + uncapped commission
  • Equity
  • Benefits package

What We're Looking For

  • 5–8+ years of enterprise technology sales experience, ideally selling into the restaurant or hospitality industry to large brands with 100+ locations
  • Proven experience building strategic partnerships, not just closing direct deals
  • A hunter mentality — comfortable with long, complex sales cycles and building a market from a limited set of high-value target accounts
  • Restaurant or fast-food industry experience strongly preferred
  • Based in (or willing to relocate to) Dallas, Atlanta, San Francisco, or Chicago
