Position: Product Research/ Environmental Health Safety Specialist / Data Collector Operation

Location: Los Angeles, CA- 90039 (Onsite)

Duration: FTE/ Direct Hire

Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented EH&S Site Operator to perform daily safety testing on Class 1 laser hardware systems within a secure, high-compliance environment. This role is critical to ensuring workplace safety, regulatory compliance, and smooth operation of advanced hardware testing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct daily laser safety tests using approved EH&S checklists
• Maintain accurate testing logs and compliance records
• Monitor hardware systems to ensure safe operation
• Identify and escalate safety risks or equipment issues
• Enforce strict safety and no-phone policies
• Support adherence to SOPs and EH&S standards

Qualifications:

• Graduate
• 2+ year experience in safety, lab, or technical operations
• Familiarity with workplace safety standards (OSHA preferred)
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow SOPs
