Environmental Project Manager
About the Opportunity
A growing environmental consulting firm in New Jersey is seeking an Environmental Project Manager or LSRP to support ongoing remediation projects and help drive future growth.
This role is ideal for someone who can manage projects independently, interface directly with clients and regulators, and contribute to the expansion of operations in the region.
Responsibilities:
- Manage environmental remediation projects from investigation through closure
- Interface with NJDEP and oversee regulatory compliance
- Prepare and review technical reports and work plans
- Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams
- Support business development and client relationships as needed
Qualifications:
- 7+ years of environmental consulting experience
- Strong background in NJDEP remediation programs
- Experience with soil and groundwater remediation
- LSRP license preferred, but not required
- Experience with petroleum / UST sites is a plus
- Ability to manage projects with minimal oversight
