Position: Technical Project Manager (Oracle ERP, Change Management & Risk Management, Jira)

Location: Union City, CA (onsite)

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and hands-on Project Manager with extensive experience in Change Management, Risk Management, and ERP implementations. The ideal candidate will lead complex enterprise initiatives, drive organizational change, manage project risks proactively, and ensure successful project delivery across business and technology teams.

This individual must be highly proficient with Jira, utilizing it far beyond simple ticket tracking, including workflow design, dashboard creation, reporting, dependency management, sprint planning, and governance.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end ERP and enterprise transformation projects.
• Develop and execute organizational Change Management strategies to drive user adoption and business readiness.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks while maintaining comprehensive risk registers and mitigation plans.
• Manage project scope, budget, schedule, resources, milestones, and deliverables.
• Utilize Jira for advanced project planning, reporting, workflow management, and executive-level visibility.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies, project status meetings,

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of Project Management experience leading complex enterprise projects.
• Strong background in Change Management and business transformation initiatives.
• Proven expertise in Risk Management, governance, and mitigation planning.
• Extensive hands-on experience with Jira Administration, Advanced Dashboards, Reporting, Workflows, and Agile Project Delivery.
• Experience managing ERP implementation, migration, upgrade, or transformation projects.
• Experience with one or more ERP platforms:
• Oracle ERP Cloud / EBS

• Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
