Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to provide high-level support to a leadership team while also helping drive the daily operations and culture of the office. This is a dynamic role that goes beyond traditional administrative support — the ideal candidate will be a proactive problem-solver who enjoys building processes, managing priorities, and serving as a trusted partner to executives.

Key Responsibilities
- :Provide executive-level administrative support to multiple senior leaders, including calendar management, meeting coordination, travel arrangements, and expense reporting
- .Manage complex scheduling across multiple executives, priorities, and time zones
- .Prepare meeting materials, presentations, agendas, and follow-up documentation
- .Support daily office operations, including vendors, supplies, facilities coordination, and workplace organization
- .Assist with company events, team meetings, celebrations, and culture-building initiatives
- .Maintain reports, trackers, and internal documentation using Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other tools
- .Coordinate cross-functional projects and ensure teams stay aligned on deadlines and priorities
- .Identify opportunities to improve processes, create structure, and enhance office efficiency
- .Serve as a reliable point of contact for internal and external stakeholders

Qualifications
- :3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Senior Administrative Assistant, Office Manager, or similar role
- .Experience supporting multiple executives in a fast-paced environment
- .Prior experience managing complex calendars, scheduling conflicts, and executive priorities
- .Strong background with expense reporting, travel coordination, and administrative operations
- .Experience supporting office management responsibilities, including vendors, supplies, and workplace needs
- .Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams, and SharePoint
- .Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently
- .Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- .Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
- .Comfortable working in an evolving environment where processes and responsibilities may continue to grow
