Executive Recruiter/Recruiting Manager

We are a specialized recruiting firm with 25 years in the business and a strong track record of helping companies find exceptional talent.

Due to our acerated growth, we are looking for an experienced Executive Recruiter / Senior Recruiting Manager who is motivated, ambitious, and interested in growing both a recruiting desk and a book of business.

This is an external executive recruiting position. We are looking for someone who has worked with multiple client companies—not someone whose background is primarily internal recruiting for one corporation.

*$150-$300K (first year annual comp)*

*Hybrid 2 days/week in office*

The Role

The position combines a business development and recruiting model which will increase your compensation very quickly!

Responsibilities include:

• Developing new business through networking, prospecting, referrals, and existing relationships.
• Building relationships with C-Suite, other executives, and hiring managers.
• Developing new client accounts and expanding existing relationships.
• Managing full-cycle searches, from taking the job order through placement.
• Sourcing, interviewing, qualifying, and presenting candidates.
• Managing client and candidate relationships throughout the process.
• Negotiating offers and closing candidates.
• Building a strong network within your areas of expertise.

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of external/agency recruiting, executive search, or staffing experience.
• A proven track record of successful placements.
• Experience working with multiple clients and companies.
• Strong business development and relationship-building skills.
• Comfortable making calls, opening doors, and developing new business.
• Strong recruiting, interviewing, sourcing, and closing skills.
• Professional, confident, persistent, and self-motivated.
• Someone who enjoys the business side of recruiting and wants to build something of their own.
