Executive Vice President of Human Resources

Actively seeking an Executive Vice President of Human Resources for an ONSITE and Full-Time Position within a growing Multi-State Professional Services firm. The Human Resources professional needs 10+ years of progressive experience in Employee Relations, Employee Leave, Workers' Compensation, Managing Budgets, HR Compliance, and multi-state payroll and employment laws. Experience working in a 1000+ size company and experience leading a team are REQUIRED.

HOURS: Monday – Friday, 9:30 AM – 5:30 PM EST

SCHEDULE | LOCATION: Fully Onsite | Midtown Manhattan, NY

PAY: $175 - $240K (Commensurate w/Experience and Industry)

IDEAL CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s Degree REQUIRED
• 10+ years of relevant and progressive HR management experience in a professional services environment
• Strong MS Office Suite Experience (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint); HRIS System Experience
• Strong Verbal and Written Communication Skills
• BILINGUAL - is a Huge Plus (English & Spanish)
• Experience w/Multi-State Payroll and Employment HR Compliance is REQUIRED

• Strategic Leadership & M&A Integration: Own enterprise-wide HR operations
• Multi-State Compliance & Payroll: Strict compliance with federal and multi-state labor laws
• High-Volume Workforce Oversight: Design and execute scalable HR frameworks
• Employee Relations & Benefits: Oversee end-to-end employee relations strategies
• Global Team Direction: Manage and optimize offshore operations teams
• Executive Partnership: Collaborate directly with ownership and executive leaders
