Facilities Coordinator

Job Title: Facilities Coordinator

Duration: 6+ Months

Location: SF Headquarters

Rate: $80/hr on w2

Onsite Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:30 PM. Some overtime required for moves, etc. Weekend work required during moves.

Priority Experience:

• HVAC experience
• Move experience (intermediate-level moves/processes)

Soft Skills / Culture Fit:

• Coachable and motivated
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
• Willing to wear multiple hats and dig in as needed
• Background at a tech company or smaller/startup environment preferred

Strong candidates may also:

• Have managed HVAC projects or a preventive maintenance program
• Have run moves or restacks in a multi-building or high-growth environment
• Have prior experience with vendor management, food and beverage service, and hospitality
• Be interested in artificial intelligence and care that it is developed safely and beneficially
• Have experience managing permit, license and inspection requirements
