Facilities Manager
San Francisco, CA | Hybrid, Mon-Fri 8AM-5PM
$32-36/hr
Temporary Assignment (~12 weeks)
Keep things moving, organized, and running smoothly.
We’re looking for a Facilities Manager to support day-to-day operations across multiple locations within our nonprofit organization. This role is ideal for an organized, resourceful professional who enjoys coordinating schedules, vendors, work orders, invoices, projects, and administrative details!
What You’ll Do
- Provide administrative support including reports, presentations, records, meetings, and employee training coordination.
- Coordinate work orders, purchasing, invoices, vendors, contractors, and service contracts.
- Assist with facility schedules, daily assignments, room setups, and project coordination across multiple locations.
- Support safety, compliance, inspections, and maintenance programs, ensuring accurate documentation and system data.
- Serve as a key point of contact for internal teams, vendors, and contractors, addressing questions and concerns promptly.
- Help keep projects and daily operations on track while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Provide friendly, responsive customer service and build positive relationships across the organization.
What You’ll Bring
- 4–7 years of experience in facilities, office management, procurement, or administrative support.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with vendor coordination, billing, scheduling, purchasing, or work orders.
- Strong Microsoft Word and Excel skills and the ability to learn new systems.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and stay organized under deadlines.
- High school diploma required; an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field is preferred.
