Facilities Manager

Facilities Manager | Bay Area🚨

We're partnering with fast-casual restaurant group seeking a Facilities Manager to oversee 60–70 locations, based out of the Bay Area

This is a highly visible, field-focused role reporting directly to the Director of Facilities. You’ll partner closely with operations and leadership while overseeing maintenance, vendors, repairs, preventative maintenance, and overall facility performance across a large portfolio.

Ideal background:

• Multi-unit restaurant or retail facilities experience

• Experience managing a large geographic portfolio

• Strong vendor and contractor management skills

• Comfortable traveling to locations 3–4 days per week

• Facilities, maintenance, construction, or operations background
