Financial Reporting Manager

Seeking a CPA with a strong foundation in public accounting and audit to lead financial reporting, consolidations, and close activities for a growing organization. This role will oversee the preparation of consolidated financial statements, ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP, coordinate external audits, and partner with business leaders to deliver accurate financial reporting and analysis.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes.
• Prepare and review consolidated financial statements and management reporting.
• Ensure balance sheet integrity through account reconciliations and financial analysis.
• Coordinate external audits and serve as the primary contact for auditors.
• Research and implement technical accounting guidance and new accounting standards.
• Drive process improvements, automation initiatives, and ERP optimization efforts, including SAP S/4HANA enhancements.
• Partner with FP&A, Tax, Treasury, Operations, and IT on financial reporting and transformation projects.
• Manage and develop members of the accounting and financial reporting team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• CPA highly preferred.
• Public accounting and audit experience strongly preferred.
• 5+ years of progressive accounting, audit, or financial reporting experience.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP, consolidations, financial reporting, and internal controls.
• Experience working with ERP systems, preferably SAP.
• Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary: $130,000 - $160,000 + Bonus
