Fire Restoration Sales Representative

California | Commission-Based | High-Earning

Opportunity

Brothers Restoration is expanding our fire restoration

division throughout California and looking for

experienced, aggressive, relationship-driven sales

professionals who know how to turn opportunities into

signed projects.

This is not a desk sales position. We are looking for

people who are comfortable being in the field, building

referral relationships, responding quickly to opportunities,

meeting homeowners during difficult situations, and

earning their business through professionalism,

knowledge, and trust.

What You’ll Do

• Generate and develop fire restoration opportunities

• Build relationships with referral partners, adjusters,

property managers, insurance professionals, first

responders, trades and other industry contacts

• Meet with property owners following residential and

commercial fire losses

• Explain the mitigation, restoration and reconstruction

process

• Conduct professional follow-up from initial contact

through contract

• Coordinate with estimating, operations and

management after a project is secured

• Maintain an active pipeline and consistently develop

new referral sources

• Represent Brothers Restoration professionally

throughout your territory

We’re Looking For

• Restoration, solar sales, mortgage sales, construction,

roofing, insurance-claims or other outside-sales

experience strongly preferred

• Fire restoration experience is a major advantage

• Strong closing and relationship-building skills

• Comfortable working independently and developing

your own territory

• Ability to communicate with homeowners during

stressful situations

• Strong follow-up and organizational skills

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

• Willingness to work a schedule appropriate for the

emergency restoration industry

Compensation

This is a commission-based sales opportunity with

significant income potential for strong producers.

Mileage paid at current rates and there is an approved

expense account.

Your income is tied directly to the business you generate.

We are looking for salespeople who would rather have

upside than have their earning potential capped by a

traditional salary structure.
