Title: FP&A Manager
Reports into: VP of Finance
PE-backed and high-growth eco-conscious firm growing through acquisition seeking Manager of Financial Planning and Analysis to play a pivotal role in the entirety of the FP&A process, including financial modeling, data analysis, investment analysis, and leading the budget and forecast process.
The Manager of Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) plays a crucial role in managing and directing the financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis for the company. This leadership role involves working closely with senior management and other departments to ensure financial objectives are met, aligning financial strategies with overall business goals, and providing insightful analysis that guides business decisions.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Strong FP&A, modeling, cash flow, P&L
- Supervisory skills and experience (at least 2 employees)
- Soft skills, high EQ, executive polish
