Summary

We are seeking a talented Graphic Designer with strong digital design skills, an interest in UX/UI, and a passion for luxury brands and elevated customer experiences. This role will support creative initiatives across web, email, social, retail, and print, helping to shape a cohesive brand experience within the luxury jewelry and piercing space.


Key Responsibilities

  • Design responsive web pages, landing pages, and ecommerce experiences in Figma and Shopify.
  • Create email campaigns and customer journeys using Figma and Klaviyo.
  • Develop social media content, including static, motion, and short-form video assets.
  • Maintain brand systems, templates, and creative assets across digital and print channels.
  • Produce retail marketing materials, signage, presentations, and other brand collateral.
  • Ideate and help produce brand assets such as still lifes and model imagery.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, E-Commerce, Retail, and Creative teams to support campaigns and business goals.


Qualifications

  • BFA in Art or Design or comparable experience with a portfolio of work that demonstrates digital design, branding, and responsive web work.
  • 4+ years of design experience, ideally within luxury fashion/retail space or equivalent agency experience
  • Advanced proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Understanding UX/UI and responsive design best practices.
  • Experience with Klaviyo, Shopify, motion graphics, or video editing
  • Expertise in layout and typography across multi-format outputs
  • General digital production knowledge (web crops, e-vites, responsive resizes, asset optimization).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, or comparable

  • A thoughtful and deliberate designer with a strong attention to detail, high taste level and ability to form a point of view.
  • Interest in luxury retail, fine jewelry, and piercing services, with a willingness to adapt to a specialized environment by being resourceful, proactive, and solution-oriented.
  • Highly organized and able to adapt quickly to shifting needs and multitask across multiple projects, with great time management and communication skills.
  • Strong visual design skills with an eye for typography and layout while being comfortable working within existing templates.
  • Stays up to date with advances in design software and trends in the design space.
  • Must be reliable, punctual, and take pride in their work as an individual and as part of the team.
