About the Role

We are seeking a passionate and experienced guitar tutor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for teaching guitar to students of various skill levels, helping them to develop their musical abilities and achieve their personal goals.

Responsibilities

• Conduct individual and group guitar lessons.
• Develop customized lesson plans based on students' needs and goals.
• Provide constructive feedback and encouragement to students.
• Organize and participate in student performances and recitals.
• Maintain a positive and engaging learning environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Music or a related field preferred.
• Experience teaching guitar to students of all ages and skill levels.

Required Skills

• Proficient in playing guitar and understanding music theory.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to motivate and inspire students.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with various music genres.
• Knowledge of music technology and online teaching tools.
