Akkodis is seeking an Acoustics (Hardware) Project Manager for a Contract job with a client in Cupertino, CA (On-site).

Ideally looking for applicants with a solid background in Hardware Engineering Program Management (EPM/TPM), cross-functional hardware product development, Noise & Vibration (N&V)/Acoustics/NVH programs, engineering build planning, risk management, and stakeholder coordination across Product Design, EE, RF, and Software teams.


Rate Range: $125/hour to $130/hour on W2; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

In this highly cross-functional role, you will oversee the coordination efforts internally with the Noise and Vibration as well as externally with our Product Design, EE, RF, and Software (to name a few) teams. The Engineering Program Manager (EPM) will facilitate good communication and offer multiple levels of status across a wide spectrum of individual contributors to executive management. In addition, you will drive day-to day program activities, system build planning, execution & risk assessments to meet overall program objectives for development projects. Key Qualifications:

3+ years of program management experience in either noise and vibration or hardware engineering. Experience working with large cross-functional teams is a plus. Exceptional presentation and communication skills.


Description:

Drive critical cross-functional issues across multiple product lines, maintaining proper schedule to meet build timelines, issue tracking, and FA syncs as needed. Critical central role in brining together multiple different stakeholders to help tackle different types of noise issues that occur on our products. Has strong presentation and communication skills Understand and communicate sophisticated, technical/Engineering issues Identify and resolve conflicts, inter-dependencies and program issues quickly and efficiently.
