- Bachelor’s or Master’s in Engineering; MBA preferred
- Commercial leadership experience in technical/industrial markets
- Pharma/biopharma industry knowledge preferred
- P&L, portfolio and product lifecycle management expertise
- SAP CRM proficiency; strategic mindset and global orientation
