• ssSource, develop, and manage direct relationships with Korean contract manufacturers, formulation labs, packaging suppliers, and other vendo
• rsNegotiate manufacturing costs, MOQs, payment terms, tooling, and other commercial terms to identify cost-saving opportuniti
• esBuild and execute the brand's future product innovation pipeli
• neStay ahead of emerging beauty and K-beauty trends, ingredients, formats, and technologies and translate them into new product opportuniti
• esOwn product development timelines and partner cross-functionally to ensure successful, on-time launch
