A growing national law firm is looking for a senior leader to drive attorney recruiting strategy, talent management, and firmwide growth.

This isn’t just recruiting. This is a seat at the table.

You’ll be driving firmwide attorney hiring strategy, partnering directly with Practice Group Leaders, and helping shape the future of the firm’s talent. If you have a strong law firm background + a deep legal network (especially in Chicago), this could be an incredible next step.
