The HR Specialist plays a key role in executing HR processes, ensuring compliance, and delivering high-quality support to both corporate employees and operational teams. The ideal candidate is adaptable, organized, and passionate about building a strong, inclusive workplace culture in a fast-paced, service-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
1. HR Operations & Compliance
- Maintain and update employee and contractor records, including driver-partner profiles and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Assist with government reporting requirements and audit preparation.
- Support HR administrative processes and maintain accurate employee records.
2. Employee Engagement & Support
- Serve as the first point of contact for employee and departmental inquiries.
- Provide guidance and support on HR policies, procedures, and workplace practices.
- Assist with internal communication initiatives, including announcements, policy updates, and employee engagement activities.
- Support the development of a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
3. Compensation & Benefits Administration
- Support HR and Finance teams in timekeeping administration, payroll preparation, and employee benefits processing.
- Process payroll accurately and in a timely manner.
- Address payroll-related concerns and ensure prompt resolution of discrepancies.
- Assist in administering employee compensation, benefits, and statutory requirements.
Job Requirements
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience
- Minimum 3-4 years of relevant experience in HR Operations, Payroll, or HR Generalist roles.
- Experience in the fleet management, transportation, mobility, or related industries is an advantage.
Technical Knowledge
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with HRIS platforms, timekeeping systems, and payroll software (e.g., Sprout, SAP, Oracle, or similar).
- Strong understanding of Indian labor laws, employee benefits, and statutory compliance requirements.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage office staff, field personnel, and driver-partners.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
