Position Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented, proactive, and highly organized HR Specialist to support day-to-day Human Resources operations. This role will provide support across recruiting, onboarding and offboarding, payroll and benefits, employee relations, HR compliance, and other HR initiatives. The position will also work closely with both U.S.-based teams and our headquarters in China.
Recent graduates with relevant HR education or internship experience are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, resume screening, interview coordination, candidate communication, and offer processes
- Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes and maintain accurate employee records and HR system data
- Support payroll, PTO, benefits administration, and other day-to-day HR operations
- Respond to general employee HR inquiries and assist with employee relations and performance management matters
- Prepare documentation for compensation changes, promotions, transfers, and other employee changes
- Support HR compliance by researching and monitoring applicable federal and state employment laws and requirements
- Assist with the review, update, and implementation of company HR policies, procedures, and the Employee Handbook
- Assist with commission, bonus, and other compensation-related data preparation and review
- Support immigration/visa coordination, employee activities, and other HR projects as needed
- Coordinate HR-related matters with U.S. departments and headquarters in China
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or above; Human Resources or a related field preferred
- 0–2 years of HR-related work or internship experience; recent graduates are welcome to apply
- Fluency in both English and Mandarin Chinese is required, with strong verbal and written communication skills
- Basic knowledge of U.S. employment laws and HR compliance; ability to research and understand state-specific employment requirements
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with HRIS, ATS, ADP, or similar HR systems is a plus
- Strong interest in developing a long-term career in Human Resources
