Addison Group is partnering with our client to hire a Bilingual HR Generalist to support a growing manufacturing team. This is a newly created position driven by company growth and expansion, offering the opportunity to work closely with experienced HR leadership in a fast-paced environment.

Job Title: Bilingual (SPANISH) HR Generalist

Location (city, state): Glendale Heights, IL

Industry: Manufacturing

Pay: $65,000–$80,000 annually on a contract to hire basis

Job Description:

This fully onsite role will support daily HR operations across compliance, payroll, benefits, employee relations, and HR systems. The HR Generalist will serve as a key resource for both office and production employees while helping strengthen HR processes and support organizational growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain compliance with employment regulations and workplace safety standards, including OSHA, ACA, EEO, and workers’ compensation
• Assist with payroll coordination and ensure accurate employee records
• Support benefits administration and serve as a primary HR contact for employee questions
• Partner with leadership on employee relations matters and workplace concerns
• Assist with recruiting coordination and new hire onboarding activities
• Provide HR support to warehouse and production employees
• Maintain HRIS data and assist with the transition from Paycom to Paylocity

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of HR Generalist experience
• Manufacturing or similar industry experience preferred
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree required
• Experience with Paycom or Paylocity preferred
• Bilingual Spanish required
• Ability to thrive in a small, fast-moving environment with evolving priorities
