Human Resources Manager

Longstanding successful manufacturing organization has an immediate need for a Human Resources Manager who will serve in a strategic and hands-on partner to leadership, driving both day-to-day HR operations and long-term organizational effectiveness. This role plays an important part in supporting growth initiatives through scalable people practices, talent development, and workforce planning.

Business is growing and needs a capable HRM who can partner with leadership to focus on strategic growth.

Qualifications

-Bachelor’s degree

-8+ years of progressive HR experience within manufacturing or industrial environments

-Manufacturing experience

-Bilingual (Spanish/English)

-HRIS experience

-Ability to balance strategic thinking with practical execution across all areas of Human Resources.

-Partner closely with leaders, support change initiatives, and implement people processes that enable operational growth and organizational success.
