Human Resources Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and hands-on Human Resources Manager to oversee core HR functions while also supporting talent acquisition and select marketing initiatives. This role is ideal for a versatile professional who enjoys wearing multiple hats and contributing to both people operations and employer branding efforts.

• Oversee day-to-day HR operations, including employee relations, compliance, performance management, and policy development
• Serve as a trusted advisor to leadership and employees on HR-related matters
• Maintain and update employee records, onboarding/offboarding processes, and HR documentatiion
• onEnsure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations

Talent Acquisition

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for approximately 3–4 hires per quarter
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and develop effective recruiting strategegy
• Source, screen, interview, and recommend candidates
• Oversee offer process and onboarding experience to ensure a strong candidate experience

Marketing & Social Media Support

• Assist with employer branding initiatives across digital platform
• Help manage and update company social media channels (e.g., LinkedIn, Facebook, et

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• 5+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably in a generalist or manager capacity
