(Hybrid) Litigation Paralegal

Title: Civil Litigation Paralegal

Location: Irvine, CA (Hybrid)

Salary: $90,000–$120,000 base salary + discretionary bonus

Experience: 2+Years

I’m currently recruiting for an Civil Litigation Paralegal opportunity with a well-established California employment defense firm in Irvine, CA. You’ll have the opportunity to work closely with experienced employment attorneys in a collaborative, stable environment while supporting complex employment litigation matters from case inception through resolution.

What You’ll Do:

• Support attorneys throughout the employment litigation lifecycle, including case preparation and management.
• Prepare, file, and serve pleadings, motions, correspondence, and other legal documents.
• Assist with discovery, document management, and maintaining organized case files.
• Track deadlines, hearings, filings, and case activities while coordinating with courts, opposing counsel, and clients.
• Conduct case-related research and provide comprehensive litigation support to keep matters organized and on schedule.

What We’re Looking For:

• 2+ years of paralegal experience with strong litigation and filing fundamentals.
• Employment law experience preferred, but exceptional litigation experience in another practice area will be considered.
• Strong organizational, time-management, and multitasking skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.
• Comfortable working collaboratively while providing high-level support to attorneys.

Salary and Other Compensation:

• The annual salary for this position is between [$90,000 – $120,000 annually]. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
